All service engagements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests are evaluated based on the scope of work already completed and the stage of the project.
Consultation and discovery fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise before service delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with deliverables, please contact us with details so we can resolve the issue. Refunds may be granted after review of the completed work and client approvals.
Refunds do not cover third-party expenses, domain or hosting fees paid to external providers, or work already completed and approved by the client.
